am sick for the 3rd day....

ck's virus is damn powerful sia... me and lian just took a sip of his coke... and now both of us are down.... u owe us one good meal sia!!!

ok... this time round.. i 'refused' to see a doc... im someone who hate to be sick... (i mean who loves to be sick hello?) so whenever im feeling unwell esp when im having sorethroat... i will rush to the doc immediately... even before other sickness starts to come in... so many a times... i'll get cured for 1 illness (which most of the time is sorethroat)... and end myself up with other sickness... (like running nose and cough)... pretty stupid huh...

i tot i shuld ' self-medicate' my sorethroat... so i went to Guardian and bought like $5 worth of lozenges and cough drops... and for the past 3 days... i've been sucking them non-stop... and now my tongue is totally numb from all the sucking of lozenges... result? it did help a TINY little bit...

another method is to force myself to drink "wonder water" and herbal tea... i presume that my body is over heated due to the hot weather.. thus it needed to be 'cooled' down... for those who dunno what's wonder water.. it's actually.. 白花蛇草水... it's a horrible water... gasy salt water?? grrrrrrrrr.... but i tell u... it works wonder ok... i force myself to drink it for 2 days... both at home and in the office... i think i drank the most amt of it for my 24 years within these 2 days... the after taste of this 'wonder water' is HORRIBLE... so it always have to be followed by '菊花茶'... and the results of drowning myself with all these drinks for 3 days? my sorethroat got better today... less painful... but am now with a serious cough... *cough cough*

just took my tempreture... am having slight fever now... and running nose... haven been feeling cold for many weeks... now... i freaking cold... grrrrrrrrr....

moral of the story: self-medicate dun work!!! see a doc for god sake if you are sick!!!!
