Happy and Healthy Week...


it;s was literally a happy and healthy week for me.... i did many activities.. and had enjoyed every activities.. well.. most of them la.. haha...


brief run through of what i did during this week...


monday, 29 October 2007 - True Yoga, Hot Yoga
The session was great! it was much tougher that the previous class but i more in this class.. haha... pespiring like nobody business.. haha.. and YES, me and annie were 'conned' in signing up as member.. keke.. now we are official members of True Yoga Pacific Plaza!! Yippeee... 1st step to losing weight.. haha... (ok, cos im FAT!)


Thursday, 1 November 2007 - Amore, cant rem the class name
went Amore's trial session... AGAIN.. haha... shhh... with WMS and Annie.. annie 'force' me to stand on the weighing machine.. and i almost fainted... sobsob... haiz... WTH...


the dunno wat class was difficult.. more like a dancing class.. totally loss inside... lol... felt so out of place... i guess kick boxing was so much more fun... well at least i can managed to follow the class... haha


gave up on dancing class... and we went gym... i ran on the treadmill for about 8mins? haha... i just hate running... so gave up and went for others... i HAD to work hard cos im fat.. (had to constantly remind myself...) it's good to pespire... it makes you sleep very well at night...


Saturday, 3 November 2007 - Tennis
1st time playing tennis.. it's a very fun game... easy to learn.. but hard to be good... haha... it's hard to control your strength unlike badminton.. keke... but we still had lots of fun!... another day to perspire... haha...


ok.. i had a bad experience in TBS's condo.. and i swear i'll nv bathe in the public toilet of his condo again... na bei!


everything was GREAT.. until Sunday... when i'm supposed to have my hair dyed... haiz.. went into the salon with a happy and is full of anticipation... but came our swearing and cursing... becos of a stupid hairdresser... who snipped off my long long hair.. without MY consent... i cant help but to swear f**k! my curls are gone... what's left is the ugly.. short... i dun even noe what style is the hair now... grrr... i guess god still wans me to have it rebonded eventually... grrr....


and this stupid thing.. spoil my entire happy week... NB!
